Occupancy

Hotel Greystone is an adults-only hotel and guests must be 21+ to check in and visit our outlets (excluding our Kobo cafe). A maximum of two persons is allowed per room, excluding Double Double guest rooms where two additional guests can be accommodated for an additional $50 per night plus applicable taxes per person.

Reservation Guarantee & Payments

FLEXIBLE RATE:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a one night room and tax deposit at the time of booking. The reservation must be cancelled 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. On the day of arrival, your provided credit card will be authorized for the outstanding room and tax balance plus an incidental hold of $200.

HOLIDAY/EVENT OR ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE:

Full payment of room and tax is due upon booking. Upon arrival, your provided credit card will be authorized for the remaining balance plus an incidental hold of $200.

Please note that on arrival you will be asked to provide government issued identification and your valid credit card for payment including all miscellaneous and incidental charges. Reservations without a valid payment method will be subject to cancellation

Payment Forms Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash. All payments are due in U.S. funds only. We do not accept personal checks.

A resort fee of $42 will be applied to each room nightly and includes rooftop pool access, beach access (two loungers and towels), day passes to a local off-site gym, WiFi, unlimited local calls, and a selection of digital publications via in-room iPad. Room rates and resort fees do not include applicable state, county, and local taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice. Minimum stay restrictions may apply. 

Cancellation Policy

FLEXIBLE RATE:

Hotel Greystone must be notified of any cancellations – regardless of reason – by 4:00pm EST three days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s room and applicable tax charges. There are no refunds for shortened stays or later arrivals. Failure to show up for your reservation without notifying the hotel will result in a no show fee equal to the full stay’s room and tax charges.

HOLIDAY/EVENT OR ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE:

This reservation has been booked with a non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-modifiable rate. No date changes or cancellations are permitted at any time and will result in a cancellation fee equal to the full stay’s room and tax charges.

Arrivals & Departures

Check In: Check in is available as soon as your room is ready. Please notify us of your expected arrival time in advance and we will make every effort to have your room available for you upon arrival.

Check Out: Check out time for guests and vehicles is 11:00 EST.

Parking

Valet parking is available for $45 per night. Hotel Greystone assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to your vehicle on our premises. 

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms at Hotel Greystone. For the safety of yourself and those of others, candles or other sources of open flame are not permitted in the guest rooms. Any guest violating the non-smoking or open-flame policy in a guest room will face a $250 cleaning fee.

Pet Policy

Pets are always welcome in the guest rooms at Hotel Greystone. We require a $100 non refundable pet fee per pet, per stay. A portion of this fee will be donated to our local no-kill pet shelter,Paws4You Rescue. We love all kinds of animals, but only domestic pets, like cats and dogs, are allowed to stay at Hotel Greystone. No more than two (2) domestic pets are allowed per guest room. Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations and pets must be on a leash or in a carrier if they’re outside the guest room.
